Helping Our Troubled Teens (HOTT Inc.) transforms the lives of troubled and at-risk youth, replacing trauma with purpose through mentorship, creative expression, sports, performing arts, mental wellness awareness, relationship groups, and other therapeutic engagement activities.
We empower a generation that is often overlooked and underestimated — helping them become mentally strong, emotionally balanced, and the leaders of tomorrow.

Mental Wellness & Mindset Detox Activities
Will detox the mind from toxic influences, restore identity, and build confidence.
Our staff also stay grounded, emotionally balanced, and spiritually centered — because healers need healing too.
